Community Resources to Support Your Pregnancy

There are many community organizations and resources available to help support you and your family during your pregnancy.

Topic: First Trimester

We have a social work team that is here to support you throughout pregnancy.   Our social workers keep conversations confidential unless you are at risk for hurting yourself or someone else. They can talk with you about adjustment to the pregnancy, current stress, any feelings of anxiety or feeling down or hopeless.

Our social workers are located in the Helen O. Dickens Center, but can work with patients who get care at any location. If you have an appointment at the Dickens center, please ask to meet with the social worker if you are interested. Or, call (610)-902-4989 and ask to speak to social work.  There is also a social work team located in the hospital who may see you during your stay to offer resources and referrals.
